All concepts developed during the design phase will be fully tested
in a lab environment prior to implementation. We will validate functionality
of all critical applications and systems as well as the defined migration
process to ensure that there is no disruption of business operations.
Processes defined in this stage are completely documented and then
certified by our clients as the desired outcome. As appropriate, our
engineers will incorporate the use of our proprietary software automation
tools to minimize the potential for error in the execution, as well
as compressing the time frame for the project.
